Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promotes Totes Luxe and increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
2. Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
3. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
4. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and sales, to develop integrated marketing initiatives that drive business results.
6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and fashion to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, influencers, and media outlets, to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns for fashion brands, preferably in the apparel or accessories industry.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing performance.
4. Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and trends.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and achieving marketing objectives.
